The Warrior

For this project, my main goal was to focus on the fundamentals of sculpting. I aimed to give equal attention to the low, mid, and high frequencies and build upon that. I did my best to progress from the skeleton and muscles to fat and skin, and then added every detail with careful consideration of how it actually works in a real body – including wrinkles, pores, and hair. I also aimed to make it more appealing and have better gesture.

I learned a lot about the basics and fundamentals during this project, but I know that I'm just at the beginning of a long-term journey, and there is still a lot to learn.

The software I used includes Zbrush for modeling, Substance Painter for texturing, and Maya (Arnold) for shading and rendering.
